Carolyn Tal, PhD – Psychologist and consultant. My areas of specialty are Resilience – Bounce Back Better from the inevitable bumps in life, and Adult ADD/ADHD in individuals and couples. Resilience is the capacity to respond constructively to challenges, difficulties, and stress. Some people are naturally more resilient than others, and resilience can be intentionally developed. I do workshops and work one-on-one to strengthen people’s resilience. ADD/ADHD can be quietly or loudly disruptive to bright individuals. Addressing ADD/ADHD in adults includes both how to manage the manifestations of ADD/ADHD, and attending to the effects of these issues not having been appropriately addressed for many years. ADD/ADHD can also have profound effects on marriage. My background includes a PhD in clinical psychology, organizational consulting, mediation, and professional coaching. My orientation is an integration of these areas, at times focused on specific and clear goals, and at times focused on the dynamics involved in setting and pursuing goals. I am fluent in English and Hebrew, and work with partners and individuals in both private and organizational settings.
